Dr. Sieben believes that the delivery of high-quality health care begins with establishing shared goals and developing a trusting relationship with her patients. Dr. Sieben started her career in healthcare in cardiac rehabilitation and later branched into personal training and fitness before returning to school for her chiropractic then nurse practitioner training. She has special interest in musculoskeletal health including low back pain, healthy weight management and education on lifestyle choices that prevent disease and disability.
