Our Healthcare Access Specialist Certified Applications Counselors (CACs) can walk you step-by-step through the eligibility, application and plan selection process for a wide range of insurance programs. They can also refer you to agencies providing services and support for you and your family.

To complete the MassHealth application, you should bring your last two pay stubs, or most recent tax return if you are self-employed, as well as photo identification and proof of citizenship for U.S. citizens.
