Tara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters Degree from Simmons University of Health Sciences in Boston. Her undergraduate includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and Pre-Medicine from Colorado College in Colorado Springs.  Tara spent four years as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner specializing in headache, memory disorders, stroke, neuropathy, and movement disorders.  She provides a holistic approach to caring for patients and their families that incorporates mind and body.  She encourages healthy lifestyle choices and practices to promote health and achieve the best quality of life.
