Sarah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care and community health. She is committed to helping individuals and families achieve their health goals through personalized, patient-centered care. After spending several years in Colorado, Sarah recently returned to the Cape and is excited to serve the local community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, pursuing her passion for art, maintaining a healthy diet and active lifestyle through fitness, and spending time outdoors.
