Driven by a driving passion to bring high-quality healthcare to those who need it most, Rosalie is a veteran Physician Assistant with 27 years of diverse Surgical, General Medicine, Emergency room and Urgent Care experience from across the country. Licensed to practice across five states, including Massachusetts, California, Florida, New Jersey, and Utah, she is proud to deliver comprehensive, versatile, compassionate care to our local Cape Cod community.

Rosalie initially graduated from Weill Medical College of Cornell University Physician Assistant Program to serve as a physician extender, dedicated to bridging medical gaps for underserved communities. Today, she brings that same foundational passion to OCHS, blending clinical expertise with modern digital medicine.

For over two decades, Rosalie has built a remarkably versatile career. After starting in high-intensity cardiac surgery, she expanded her hands-on expertise into numerous surgical sub-specialties. Her extensive background spans Spine, Orthopedics, Arthroscopy, Robotics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT). Beyond the operating room, she has comprehensive experience managing acute needs in the emergency room and providing foundational care in general medicine and urgent care environments. Notably, she also specialized in complex plastic and reconstructive surgery for cancer patients at the renowned Huntsman Cancer Institute in Utah.

Rosalie firmly believes that the future of compassionate, equitable patient care can be greatly enhanced by technology. By championing telemedicine, she is able to return full circle to her original calling, breaking down geographical barriers to ensure excellence in comprehensive medical care remains accessible to all.
