More about Hannah Kullberg (PA-C)

Hannah Kullberg is a certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master’s degree from Drexel University. During her clinical year, she trained at healthcare facilities along the East Coast from New Hampshire to Maryland. She particularly enjoyed her rotations in pediatric emergency medicine at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and family medicine at Concord Hospital Primary Care, which reinforced her passion for providing patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.

Cape Cod has held a special place in Hannah’s heart since childhood, where she spent summers in Harwich with her grandparents. After making the Cape her permanent home in December 2024, she is grateful for the opportunity to care for the community that has been such an important part of her life. Hannah is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients through compassionate, evidence-based care focused on prevention, education, and lifelong wellness.
