Cheyenne Finton is currently a Collaborative Care Clinician with Outer Cape. She previously worked in forensic residential programs in Connecticut offering case management services to individuals with severe mental illness who were previously or currently involved in the legal system. Cheyenne holds a master’s in community psychology, and bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and psychology. In her current role, Cheyenne offers short-term therapy over six months in the integrated primary care setting for individuals with new to mild mental health concerns.
