The Wellfleet site has ranked highest in the state in adult care for Patient–Clinician Communication, based on results of annual statewide survey conducted by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP).

We are pleased to announce that it has been recognized by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) for being one of the top practices in Massachusetts for patient experience in primary care.

The “MHQP Patient Experience Awards” is an annual awards program introduced in 2018 by MHQP, a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that works to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts. MHQP conducts the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care in Massachusetts.

Outer Cape Health Services has been recognized by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners as a recipient of the 2025 MHQP Patient Experience Award — placing us among the top primary care practices in Massachusetts for patient experience.

This annual award is based on the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care, and it reflects what matters most: how our patients feel about their care.
