More about Matthew Libby, DO, FAAFP
Dr. Libby is the Clinical Director of Informatics for Outer Cape Health Services and the Medical Director of the Harwich Port Health Center, where he practices primary care of all ages, from newborns through the end of life. He earned a B.S. in Physics and then began his career in education before returning to medical school. He completed residency training in Family Medicine at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center and has been with Outer Cape Health since 2015. In his leadership roles, he is passionate about improving patient experience and quality of care. In 2017-2018 he was one of four primary care leaders selected for the Linde Fellowship for Primary Care Leadership at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and he is an Instructor in Family Medicine and Community Health at UMass Medical School.
