Ms. Baldwin serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at OCHS. Previously she worked as a clinician with Cape Cod Healthcare and as the Behavioral Health Director for the Kodiak Area Native Association of Alaska. She brings a broad range of experience in providing clinical services in outpatient, residential and acute psychiatric settings. Ms. Baldwin is trained in Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skill building and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is certified in Problem Solving Therapy in a Primary Care Setting.
