Jean Callum Named Chief Operating Officer
Outer Cape Health Services (OCHS) today announced that Ms. Jean Callum of North Truro has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the nonprofit community health center organization. Ms. Callum had most recently served as OCHS’ Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director of Ancillary Services. She brings more than three decades of community health experience to the position, having dedicated her entire career to the health sector in various administrative capacities.
"In her six years with us, Jean has led many key program expansions including new OCHS radiology and pharmacy services in addition to technology enhancements that have significantly strengthened the organization and our patient experience," according to Patricia Nadle, Chief Executive Officer of OCHS. "We are confident that Jean’s acumen and commitment to community health will only further improve the patient experience and the efficiencies of the services we provide on the Lower and Outer Cape."
"As Outer Cape Health Services celebrates 30 years of incorporation this year, I could not think of a more meaningful time to work in the capacity of COO in the decade ahead," shared Ms. Callum. "As COO, I will always have the health of our patients—and the organization as a whole—at top of mind. I am honored to be entrusted with this next important opportunity in service to a community that I also call home."
Ms. Callum holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Health Services Administration from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
