Wellfleet Health Center delivers primary care services, and urgent care in the summer when the population on the Outer Cape escalates and the demand for emergency care increases.

We offer a full range of health-care services to help you maintain your overall health and well-being.

• Please call for an appointment. Same day appointments may be available. We cannot take appointment or medical request through this website.

• Registered Patients benefit from our 24 hour on-call physician service.

• The Wellfleet center is also home to our Teen Clinic every Friday night during the school year.

DIRECTIONS

• Take Route 6 North toward Eastham/Provincetown.
• You will pass the Wellfleet Post Office on the left.
• Continue through the stoplight at Main Street in Wellfleet.
• Continue through another stoplight at the fire station.
• At the flashing light, Outer Cape Health Services will be on your right.

From Provincetown & Truro:

• Take Route 6 South toward Wellfleet.
• You cross the Wellfleet town line.
• At the flashing light by Moby Dick's restaurant (on the right), take a left into our parking lot.
