BARBARA K. PRAZAK, MD, Internal Medicine,

Medical Director, Director of Clinical Quality
Dr. Prazak is Board certified in Internal Medicine. She is a 1976 magna cum laude graduate of Boston College with a BS degree in Biology, obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester in 1980, and performed her residency at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge from 1981-1983. She has been a resident of Wellfleet and a physician at Outer Cape Health for over two decades. Dr. Prazak practices at OCHS in both Wellfleet and Provincetown.

BARBARA PENN, MD, Internal Medicine

Dr. Penn is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  She received her BS in Biology from Tufts University and her MD from SUNY Buffalo in 1977. Dr. Penn completed her internship and residency in 1981 at Boston City Hospital and practiced Primary Care medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Charlestown Health Care Center from 1981 until joining OCHS in 2012. She was the Associate Unit Chief of the Adult Medicine Unit at the MGH Charlestown Health Care Center from 2007-2012.  Dr. Penn received the Partners in Excellence Award in 2008 and the Partners Health Care Serving the Underserved Award in 2007.  Dr Penn and her husband have 2 grown children. She enjoys kayaking and bird watching in Wellfleet, and is an avid tennis player and hiker.

GRETCHEN ECKEL (PA-C)

Gretchen practices family medicine and provides primary care for both children and adults. She received her B.A. in Biology from the University of Rochester where she graduated with cum laude academic honors in 2009. She acquired her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, graduating in 2013 as a member of the Alpha Eta Honor Society. During her training, she completed clinical rotations throughout New England healthcare facilities including Tufts Medical Center, Rhode Island Hospital and Outer Cape Health Services.

Taylor Ricketson, NP, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Ms. Ricketson graduated summa cum laude with her BS degree in Nursing from Boston College School of Nursing in 2010 and received a Master’s Degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Boston College Graduate School of Nursing in 2011 with a GPA of 4.0. Her clinical experience during training included work at Children’s Hospital, Chestnut Hill Pediatrics, and a year spent under the guidance of Dr Nancy Golden at Orleans Pediatrics 2010-2011. Ms Ricketson joined OCHS in October 2011. She recently moved to Chatham and enjoys seeing pediatric patients of all ages for episodic and well child care.

JAMES ANDERSON, DPM, Podiatry
Dr. Anderson is Board certified in Podiatric Medicine. He graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Biology, and received his degree in Podiatric Medicine from New York College. Dr. Anderson was the Chief Podiatric Resident at Bergen Pines County Hospital in NJ, and is licensed in Massachusetts. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as the Association of Sports Medicine. He has published numerous papers, including Cytomegalovirus Infection of BS-1, and worked on the FDA protocol for approval of Factor IX & BMP-2. Dr. Anderson has been a coach at the NBA Basketball Camp, and a Medical Volunteer at both the NYC and Boston Marathons.

MARVIN B. CORLETTE, JR., MD, Outpatient Minor Surgery
Dr. Corlette is Board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. He graduated with honors from Stanford University, received his MD from Harvard Medical School, was a General Surgery Intern at UCLA Medical Center, a General Surgery Resident at Boston City Hospital, Harvard Service, a Hepato-biliary Surgery Fellow at the University of Paris, and has taught as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Corlette has held hospital appointments at the Lahey Clinic and Symmes Hospital where he was the Chief of Surgery. He maintains an active role teaching physical diagnosis to Harvard Medical School students, and to surgical residents who seek an understanding of his unique technical skills. He is a well respected contributor to major national and international publications, and is

currently developing an article with a Professor of Surgery in Torino, Italy.

JOHN KALIN, MD, Cardiologist; is Board certified. Dr. Kalin received his Bachelor of Science cum laude in Biology from Boston College in 2000.  He received his MD from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2004. He completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency in 2007 at Tufts New England Medical Center, and completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease in 2010 and in Clinical Electrophysiology in 2011, both at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Kalin was the recipient of First Prize at the annual meeting of the New England Electrophysiology Society (NEEPS) Fellow’s Competition in March 2010. He is board certified in Internal Medicine (2007) and in Cardiovascular Diseases (2010) and is a member of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Kalin practices both as a general cardiologist and as an electrophysiology specialist at Cardiovascular Consultants of Cape Cod in  Hyannis and is a member of the active Medical Staff of Cape Cod Hospital, Inc. MICHAEL MECLEY, MD, Cardiologist; Dr. Mecley is Board certified. Dr. Mecley received his Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1981 and his MD from the University of Connecticut in 1985. He completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency in 1988 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston, MA, and completed a Cardiology fellowship at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in 1993. Dr. Mecley is a member of the American College of Cardiology. He has been on the medical staff of Cape Cod Hospital since 1993 and has practiced as a cardiologist at Cardiovascular Consultants of Cape Cod in Hyannis since 2006. He has served as a member of the Cape Cod Hospital Medical Executive Committee since 2007. His practice includes cardiac catheterizations, pacemakers and general cardiology. In his free time, Dr. Mecley spends time with his three children, one in college and two who  attend Barnstable High School, enjoys gardening and likes to ski.

George W. Nemeth, MD, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice; has been Board certified since 1976 in Family Practice and since 1988 in Emergency Medicine. He received his BS in Chemistry from University of Pittsburgh and his MD from University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey-Newark in 1970. He obtained an MBA from Western New England College and completed a family practice residency at Overlook Hospital in NJ.  He then served in the US Air Force as a captain from 1971-73. Dr. Nemeth has practiced in emergency departments of hospitals in MA (including Cape Cod Hospital 1989-1990, Martha’s Vineyard Hospital 1988-1990, Falmouth Hospital 1983-1990), ME, NC and VA, and most recently practiced in the emergency department of St. Anne’s Hospital in Fall  River, MA, from 2000 until joining the OCHS urgent care provider staff in August 2011. Dr Nemeth enjoys spending time with his family, including three young grandsons who live in Chatham.

DANIEL WYATT, MD, Psychiatry

Dr. Wyatt is an adult and child psychiatrist and has over 20 years of both inpatient and outpatient experience. Dr Wyatt received a BS in Zoology from the University of Arkansas in 1981, his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) from the University Of Arkansas School for Medical Sciences in 1988. He completed an Internship in Internal Medicine at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA in 1989 and his Residency in Psychiatry at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute in 1991. He completed a three year Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center in New Haven, CT in 1993. He has held positions at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA where he was the Medical Director of the Klarman Eating Disorders Center, and Medical Director of the Acute Residential Treatment Program for Children and Adolescents, and on the North Shore at Pembroke Hospital and the North Shore Medical Center in Salem MA. Dr Wyatt had a private practice in Newburyport, MA from 2004-2010. Since 2012, he has been the Medical Director for the Mass Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children in Hyannis. He was awarded the Senior Leadership Award from Partners Healthcare in 2000 and 2001. Dr Wyatt provides consultations for OCHS primary care patients in both Wellfleet and Provincetown health centers.

SUSAN LIVINGSTON MSW, LICSW, Social Work
Is a clinician with experience in the full continuum of psychiatric services including emergency assessment, inpatient, residential, partial hospital, day treatment and intensive outpatient treatment settings. She is also a guest lecturer and clinical trainer in the areas of depression, suicide, and PTSD, among others. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina College in 1975, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 1985, and advanced training in Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Critical Incident and Stress Management.

SARAH SULSKY, MS RD

Registered Dietician, Nutritionist, Registered Diabetic Educator
Graduated from Simmons College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition, and performed a Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She was a Clinical dietician at Frisbie Memorial, (New Hampshire) and Good Samaritan (Oregon) Hospitals, developed recipes and menus for Dover Middle School, provided therapeutic and general nutrition counseling for all ages at Martin's Point Healthcare, and has overseen Outpatient nutrition counseling for phase 2 and phase 3 cardiac rehab as well as diabetes education.
