Provincetown Health Center serves the geographically isolated Outer Cape with primary care services, and urgent care in the summer when the population escalates dramatically.

We offer a full range of health-care services to help you maintain your overall health and well-being.

• Please call for an appointment. Same day appointments may be available. We cannot take appointment or medical request through this website.

• Registered Patients benefit from our 24 hour on-call physician service.

• The Provincetown location is home to OCHS' HIV Services group, providing counseling, testing, and care to people with HIV, AIDS, or STDs.

• Pass Pilgrim Lake on your right, then continue until you reach a stoplight at Conwell St.
• Turn left at this light, wind up a slight hill past Conwell Lumber and take a left onto Harry Kemp Way.
• Continue until 49 Harry Kemp Way, where you will see a sign for Outer Cape Health Services on your right.
