The unique and diverse community that the Provincetown location serves is geographically isolated from other health and emergency resources. The closest hospital in Hyannis is as far as 50 miles away or as difficult to get to as a two-hour ambulance ride in the summer-- making us a lifeline for thousands.
The current health center site was built in 1982.. Last year the Provincetown site served approximately 7,000 patients who made 15,000+ visits.
The Provincetown location is also home to OCHS' HIV Services group, providing counseling, testing, and care to people with HIV, AIDS, or STDs.

Take Route 6 North toward Provincetown. You will pass Pilgrim Lake on your right, then continue until you reach a stoplight at Conwell St. Turn left at this light, wind up a slight hill, pass Conwell Lumber and take a left onto Harry Kemp Way. Continue until 49 Harry Kemp Way, where you will see a sign for Outer Cape Health Services on your right.
